| Description | Flag indicating that a 3D axis system is right-handed: a 3D coordinate system is Right_Handed if the direction of rotation from the x axis to the y axis is counter-clockwise when viewed from a positive position on the z axis. For example, if x is East and y is North, a Right_Handed system will have the positive z pointing upward (as increasing elevation). Right_Handed is meaningless for 2D systems. |
